Ask HN: Any emergency funds for founders from Ukraine?

The war took away 2 years and continues to destroy my startup. Considering that I have been developing a startup for 11 years, this is a significant loss. Being in HN since 2012, it's strange not to see any startup in the field of emergency funds for startups that find themselves in an extremely difficult situation.

Keeping businesses afloat during war is usually done by the government via side contracts to keep the workforce busy and the military industrial complex running. With the Ukraine government running out of funds, not sure that is possible in your case. And I doubt American or European funds are willing to take such a huge risk. Have you thought about relocating somewhere else in Europe?

Of course, I want to move to the US and Europe, especially since I work for an ML startup in SF, but there's no more money there. I spent my savings trying to save people in a safe place.

First of all, I need basic necessities. 700 days of war, stress, no weekends, and 2 projects are not very good. Under normal conditions, I would be leading a team of 100 people. The economy suffers losses from unrealized projects. I have been observing this for a long time.
