They make you sign a contract that takes away all of your rights and only sue them in Indiana. And every new RV dealer does it so take it or leave it.

I found the exact same kind of a cartel of physicians when I discovered that my dad couldn't get brain cancer treatment without agreeing to arbitration, with every possible controversy in favor of the hospital. Take it or just go home and die.

I wonder if this is allowed under Medicare or private insurance. It doesn't seem like the insurer should be willing to pay as high a fee if the doctor effectively isn't taking liability like they normally would.
The point in both cases is that this is normal liability, so normal that it's inescapable.
Important and useful information, but uses repetition heavily. 19 minutes for what could be expressed in less than 1 minute.
just like the legal disclaimer the purchaser signed. :)
It seems like the dealer doesn't accept the warranty.

The warranty comes from the manufacturer.

The warranty from the manufacturer takes place in the manufacturer state of indiana.

By the way, most RV manufacturers nowadays have been bought and merged into one company (I think it is probably thor).

Thor is one, the other is Forest River who in turn is owned by Berkshire Hathaway (Warren Buffett).
There’s also Winnebago, which is publicly traded and owns a number of other RV and boat brands.
