Stochastic Terrorism (en.wikipedia.org)

At the risk of getting downvoted, but "stochastic" is such a try-hard word.

The term deserves better awareness, but it's not going to get there unless it's less pretentious/obscure/signalling.

Naming matters, at least to audiences.
