Ask HN: UK bank that provides an API for bank transfers

Does anyone know an UK-based bank, or provider, that provides an API on business accounts to programatically perform bank transfers from own account?

Starling Bank does that as far as I can see but I'm struggling to find anyone else.

Thanks. I've looked into this and it looks quite opaque or requires to jump through hoops for most things:

You need to be authorised by the national competent authority (NCA) and be in possession of an eIDAS or OBIE certificate.

Yeah, you probably need to use a third party that has the authorisations. I do think that Monzo also has some APIs
