There is no "tech-center.com" or "www.tech-center.com" website found. This message may not be legit. Everyone who tries to contact the shared e-mail, please do not share too much personal or financial information in advance.
Domain registration is really old and in the DNS records it is shown that this domain is only used for e-mail purposes. There is no trustworthy organization or company behind.
A quick web search of "FOLKWIN EXPERT RECOVERY" ended me with https://folkwinexpert.simplybook.me/v2/ that is not related to cryptocurrency recovery. Also there is an entry here on reddit r/Scams thread that confirms my suspicion.
We may be witnessing another brand new tactic for the scamming people. Scamming people by promising the recovery of scammed cryptos.
Be alert and perform careful due diligence on these kind of offers.
