Roast n TOAST This Idea: Create your own personalized trade algorithm in seconds

I have this idea on my hand right now that I am eager to build out, I want to commercialize the ability to build a personalized trade algorithm with the same quality as a proper DE Shaw or Jane St model could. Within seconds a user could input their parameters (I have a much more specific outline for what I am thinking) and the output at the end is a downloadable algorithm you could use for a specific type of trade.

Would love to hear reasons for why this could AND couldn't work. FYI I am a data automation engineer in the Bay Area and have a background in Finance/Healthcare/Startups. looking to meet some new people to get something going! I've been following HN for years now but from the sidelines, finally made an account when I felt it was appropriate to do so.
