Who will be the first to de-blur the second QR code in the demo video?
Zulip still looks like the best choice for me, mainly because of the threading. Trying out alternatives that integrate with UnifiedPush, none seem spectacular yet.
If I was to consider this for a company, I'd want to know how to make backups and what the available strategies are for some basic highly available setup (or at least for a disaster recovery).
"Snapshot the whole virtual machine" might not be a very good answer (and might not be possible if running on bare metal).
Nice to see "buy a license an off you go" to be back though!
