There's very little in the article about the rocket. This site seems to have a fair amount of information on it.

The class of missile was nuclear capable.

The specific inert rocket involved had no warhead, and apparently no fuel, being just a casing.

This is equivalent to describing a seized shopping bag based on the notion of what potential contraband might have been contained within it. My complaint isn't with the Bellevue Police Department (a missile is not in fact a shopping bag, and deserves investigation), but with the BBC's headline editor who really shouldn't publish such clickbait.

However, there was no warhead attached, meaning there was never any danger to the community.

I think the headline may be slightly click bait…
