Google keep sync deletes my notes typed in desktop, on phone

i wrote a bunch of things and it deletes it my phone wasn't synced, wrote the notes on desktop, went over to my phone, which the note tab was blank before, goes to that, and assumes deletion;;; this is fucking bullshit!!! im so angry >_< why does technology fail me in 2024 :(((
