Why can’t this woman have her ovaries removed?
Imagine being this callous.
Read the article maybe

> At 23, Nabatanzi already had 25 children and said she begged doctors to help her stop from having any more.

> But yet again she was told to keep getting pregnant because her ovary count was so high, the Mirror reported.

Yeah I couldn’t imagine having that many children so irresponsibly
She was sold as a bride when she was 12 so essentially a slave. Her “husband” seems to have abandoned her though but I don’t imagine getting a hysterectomy or tubal ligation for a destitute woman in rural Uganda is easy to come by.
Maybe? But she seems to at least be getting ultrasounds from a dedicated gynecologist.
Who's going to pay for it?
Idk man, she’s getting gynecologist attention. if cost is the limiting factor, that’s not acknowledged. Maybe it is the limiting factor. Maybe it’s not.

Poor woman. Would it have been so difficult to tie her tubes?

> Doctors reportedly advised Nabatanzi to stop having children after she had her last child three years ago. She said a doctor informed her he “cut my uterus from inside.”

Jesus. It is not even clear whether she consented this time around.
