About to launch my MVP could use some advice (apps.apple.com)

I am about to launch my MVP for my business Local Viewers tomorrow! It's an app where someone will visit and apartment or car that you're interested in buying but are unable to visit yourself. Im hoping to get at least 10 beta users during this launch. Im most testing out customers in the los Angeles area. I hope to get lots of feedback so we can iterate and grow this company. Any advice for a first time founder/launch?

Hey Dylan, neat concept. I reccomend launching as a corporate-perk focused service, for those companies with employees they are moving to be in one of their office locations. In marketing I'd also target remote flexible companies wanting to offer a perk to employees. Lastly, focus on those searching for things like "how to find apartments/SFH in __x__ area.
