Is there a name for problems requiring human intelligence reasoning - e.g. car driving, clothes folding, chat, coding and many others?

like when scammers try to raise billions they could be told off right away like "this is human intelligence complete problem", go away?

If any AI-complete problems exist, that would mean human-level artificial intelligence is not possible. Opinions on that subject are divided and often come down to philosophy or even religion.
