How do you manage the community of your product?

Hi founders, how do you manage the community of your product? I've noticed that many SaaS companies are using Discord to manage their customer community.

However, just like Slack, it may not be the best platform for managing a customer community. It is really hard to search for previously asked questions and track feature requests. What do you think?

Do you believe this is a problem worth to be solved? I would be interested in solving it if it's a genuine issue.
