Ask HN: How to manually filter my YouTube feed on iOS?

I'm sick of going to YouTube for a tech talk, and then it trying to recommend me all this click-bait content. And you can't turn off YouTube Shorts for example.

I would love to have a single event listener for everything I see across all devices, and decide based on some predicates what to allow and block.

Is there a way to do this? I'm thinking some kind of proxy thing...
