Looks like we have multiple outages, including namecheap.com

Is there a site that tracks these outages and possibly lists the causes? Is the infrastructure under an attack?

I just went there now. No issue seemingly (I didn't try and buy a domain or anything).

The main landing page seems to be up, but log-in page seems to be failing.

It's up but has a Cloudflare thing protecting it which might be tripping up some detector services.
