The portable terminal in the video - with its tiny CRT, covered by the keyboard when packed up - reminded me of the Compaq Portable, one of the earliest portable PCs (1983):

The were colloquially called luggables if you were around at the time.
I actually used one of these Compaqs to do programming on for a bit, while I was waiting for the company to get a full-sized PC for me. Calling it a luggable really made more sense, since they weighed almost 30 pounds. Fortunately, I never had to lug that heavy thing very far, just from one office to another.
