Gmail bulk email senders policy – Roll out started Sunday afternoon?

Anyone else notice significantly less emails in their Gmail inboxes yesterday? It could just be the Super Bowl but we are seeing a notable drop in Gmail clicks even with SPF/DKIM/DMARC and under 1 in 1000 spam rate.

If everyone else now has SPF/DKIM/DMARC does BIMI now make sense to stay ahead of the crowd, even at $1,500 a year/domain for the cert.
