Tell HN: In 2024 dealership are still a horrible experience

Just venting some frustration about my experience trying to buy car (regular gas car) at some local dealership. The last time i bough a car was right before the pandemic. And yep it's still a horrible, sleazy experience.

What changed in our culture that indicated it would be a different experience?

That's fair. I guess i was hoping that the customer experience would improve naturally as in most other sectors.
