Well, C++ is a better, more productive language than C. It's by no means perfect, but having worked with both I do tend to miss C++ every time I touch C.

I feeling I can related since using C++ for the first time in 1992 - 1993, with Turbo C++ for MS-DOS 1.0.

MS-DOS 1.0 was outdated in 1992. We had already 4.01.

"Turbo C++ for MS-DOS 1.0" was the name of the product, naturally we can be a bit pedantic and say I should have written "Turbo C++ 1.0 for MS-DOS" instead.
