Spacetime and Universe Expansion

I was just wondering about this topic... With the universe in constantly expansion, the spacetime becomes a bit more stretched and, maybe in theory, also bit more "fragile" as the time passes. So right after the big bang, it required more mass than it needed in the nowadays to form a black hole.
