How can I stay productive while recovering from an injury?
As I'm recovering from an injury and need to limit physical activity, I'm looking for ways to stay productive and make the most of my time at home. What are some effective strategies or activities I can engage in to maintain productivity and make progress in other areas of my life during this time?

2. Sometimes you will go farther in the long term if you take time to rest. Productivity and progress are about playing the long game. Rest and don't take risks that will lead to more injuries or a stop to progress.
3. Focus on recovery. Make sure you aren't ignoring your injury. Do the therapy you need to and get lots of sleep.
