Discord took no action against server coordinating costly Mastodon spam attacks (techcrunch.com)

The ol' "the enemy of my enemy is my friend" play.

how? if i could host bots from discord itself for free then making my own music bot to bypass the removal of youtube from bots like hydra would be a non issue. i'm genuinely confused as to how this was done
