The reason why market economies outperform planned economies is that they mostly eliminate inefficiencies. This remove inefficiencies, I think it's good, no?
Honestly this is a really great start for a federal project! Yeah, it's not going to beat FreeTaxUSA or TurboTax on year one; the goal is to beat them on year five, and I'm okay with that!
