Ask HN: SaaS from Europe asked to do a project in China

We're a SaaS based in Europe. A multinational client from our country wants to launch a pilot project for their Chinese office (separate legal entity).

I never ran projects in China in corporate settings, we don't know what we don't know. What should we be aware of technically and legally to give a confident yes to this?
