It's not just Kale. PFAS is in many other forms of cardboard. Don't believe your friend, deep frying does not remove the bitterness.
I’m “only” in my mid 30s and over my lifetime I’ve seen seemingly all seafood become unsafe from heavy metals (from tuna to shellfish to seaweed), groundwater being poisoned with PFAS and now basic vegetables.
Don't worry. Before long, a mega-corp will provide us the protein-enhanced mush that will protect us from all the bad things found in naturally grown food.

How much does does a marginal dose increase matter in various models? It's bad if you pretend it's lead, but it's possible that's not how it works.
