You probably should have included an explanation of why the OP would have experienced a markedly different experience with the service you mention. This seems to be the answer:
"Currently we get 10TB egress per month through our cloud provider. We are nowhere near that number today (~60GB/mo).
So until we reach 10TB per month, there are no bandwidth limitations.
Having said that, once we reach that number, we will average the cost across all users."
I have to wonder how well that will work out after multiple episodes of heavy bandwidth usage as experienced by netlify in this instance and others in the past.
