Ask HN: Dashboard to Report Health of a Project

Hi, I am planning to create a dashboard to report health of an automotive project: Jira Ticket situations, Testing status, Problem reports, Team Capacity & assignments etc. Are there any available tools that are ready-to-use dashboards (apart from JIRA) or do I have to use PowerBI only? Any good pointers from Project managers or product heads can help. TIA.
