Simple HTML email template that works in outlook too

I am struggling to get my HTML email template to look good in outlook too.

Its a simple email just telling the user they need to confirm their email and a button to do that. However in outlook the button doesnt show or doesnt look good.

Does anyone have a good template they could share?
