Judging by the amount of law suits against US companies lately, to me it looks like EU is going for good old-fashioned protectionism, only through litigation. Especially against Apple – are they so peeved that they can’t install their own spyware on people’s phones as easily as they can with Android?
I wonder what’s the eventual US response is going to be.
