This a very common FSB and Russian specOps tactic - come-up with a fake coms that are presented as a info leak, to show that there is a secret plot against the state. This tactic was deployed against Russian opposition all the time.
Even if it is true, it shouldn't a be surprise that NATO is assisting Ukraine with target acquisitions.
I want to believe that Bundeswehr isn't stupid enough to use Webex for secret coms.
