How to get all the RSS feed items ever published by a website RSS feed?

Take a sample feed https://cointelegraph.com/rss It shows the most recent 20 or so items but how would you go about retrieving every single feed item ever published since this website came into existence?

You can‘t, in general.

Maybe try and see if the RSS feed was captured by web.archive.org.

isnt there a more reliable way because web.archive.org has a lot of gaps on some of the sources i am trying to get data from
