For the past year I tried to build onemoreplate in the "socializing in real life" space by helping hosts organize get-togethers over home-cooked dinners.
Even though it didn't really pan out, there are some important lessons I learned and I wanted to share here.
I think the concept has great potential but we didn't have the right formula to tackle the problem.
