No, but Carterfone could! What we need is anti-bundling legislation that makes client software and publishing/hosting content into two distinct products/markets. Where is the flourishing competitive market of client apps for Facebook/Instagram/Amazon/Google/Youtube/Twitter/etc ? They're suffocated before they can even grow with demands of payment for "API keys", cease and desist nastygrams, adversarial breaking API changes, and app store prohibition. This should not be allowed to happen!
