Ask HN: Is there a way to contribute or submit feature requests for HN?

Is there a way to submit specific feature requests or even contribute to the HN web app?

One feature of HN that I think could be improved is that POSTing to the server does not redirect in the way I'd expect. When I submit a comment/reply, I would like the "back" button in my browser to take me back to the page prior to the comment/reply, rather than the comment/reply page itself.
