[ 3.0 ms ] story [ 6.7 ms ] threadUnfortunately, I doubt most of the posters are interested in feedback. Hiring is a joke. It's almost entirely Credentialism, i.e. "It's not what you know, it's who you know." It's actually disgusting that this has been the case for so long.
It could be a nice way to warn applicants about dodgy or unresponsive posters, but it seems most of the posts are junk.
