LOL, it's a very hard language to learn, despite Rust evangelists claiming it comes naturally to them since they were babies. I think you need to be very deep systems programmer (understand memory, lifetimes etc.) to be effective in Rust. Good luck getting bioinformatics folks to learn this language.
