This is a nerd-snipe for me. I have need for a pickup truck moving bees, and replaced the engine two years ago. I really wanted to try Chevy's own electric kit, but it was not available for general applications at that time. I also wanted to use my truck for long-distance driving, and the charging infrastructure in my area ( Southeast ) is not as developed as the West coast.
I also find that this market has the most opportunity to make a difference in emissions for the medium-heavy pickups that move so much of LTL freight and regional deliveries.
