Ask HN: Any VoIP providers that offer STIR/SHAKEN?

Currently with Voip.ms. Our outbound caller id is being marked as "Likely Spam" to cellphone users within Canada.

Voip.ms is blaming the upstream providers. The upstream providers says Voip.ms isn't using STIR/SHAKEN (to which voip.ms has confirmed. they do not have it implemented).

Does anyone know of a voip provider that offers STIR/SHAKEN with their service? We're a legitimate business operating in Toronto.

I use Zadarma for 3 years now, without problems. Not sure if they have implemented STIR/SHAKEN but our calls are not marked as spam.

How many outbound calls do you make with them? Our office makes 100 - 200 a day.
