1 standard 155mm shell costs about $3600, (up from ~$2k before the war)

And 1 smart shell (guided) around $110,000

What's the bet that the Russians produce a 155 mm (or thereabouts) artillery shell for a whole lot less than the Western MICs can charge. I did see somewhere that Russia can produce an artillery shell of that sort of calibre for about 2-300 bucks. (And I remember thinking that that was expensive!)

I read through the article as well as the article to which it linked. No mention of the Russian cost of such munitions, which is quite pertinent.
