The general idea seems promising, but how will it work? What differentiates it from existing solutions?

Apart from the lack of transparency it solves by using blockchain, this system will be able to avoid fake reviews by using a DAO for dispute resolutions of those fake reviews, downgrading or completely removing the power of reviewing from those users who misuse the platform.
