I know the Houthis sabotaged the one in the Red Sea - funny it all broke down in the same span.

That’s very suspicious.

South Africa has good resiliency on cables. About half a dozen, some going around on east side some on west.

There are often issues on individual ones - but multiple incidents on both sides? Very sus
