I work as a full stack developer mainly using javascript and serverless framework for around 5 years now. How can I take it to the next level?

Any articles, talks or books that I can learn from? Any tips on what to practice and how to practice? I'm open to ideas on how to improve and take it to the next level. Thanks!

Have you ever done your own projects at home? I had developed several applications at work but still had a bit of a learning curve when I set up my first personal project. I don't mean a toy project running locally, but something actually running on the web with multiple environments, databases, etc. Knowing how to do that end to end is pretty helpful. You might be surprised what you don't know.
