I live in Netherlands. I'm cofounder of an American company. I'm trying to get information around how taxes work in this particular situation. I looked up on belastingdienst website, could not find relevant information.

If someone can educate me on right way declaring my equity, how I should navigate this and point me to some information sources, I would be really glad.
