Certainly wouldn't want to be a medical transcriptionist, right now.
Hopefully physicians can continue to use technology in providing better healthcare (but I worry that instead patient caseload will increase as exponentially as genAI technologies allow).
Very glad to not be a American physician... particularly with such endebtedness/outlook.
