Thank you for drastically improving user experience and for providing powerful CI/CD tool with simple yaml configuration!
So the thing about Pipelines is it's a new friendly UX with YAML (finally) and the power of good old TeamCity
> Each pipeline run is optimized for efficiency. Whether your priority is saving time or optimal use of resources, TeamCity Pipelines gives you control over how your CI/CD flow is perfected.

I wouldn't call allowing users to switch on/off cahcing features 'self-optimizing'.

It's not just caching. AFAIU there are also built-in optimizations and reuse happenning which don't require user input.
Reuse is caching, built-in optimizations is hand-wavy
It's a shame that JB doesn't have a code hosting product outside of Spaces, Spaces just does too much for me
It’s a real shame their new editor (fleet) is also Java and thus not possible to run it in something like code-server/gitpod.

One day I’ll have goland on an iPad… maybe… ;)

Wow, I haven't used TeamCity in forever. I really enjoyed using it!
