Although I think Elon is pretty controversial I really appreciate the progress of Neuralink. New age of bio-digital computing.
I have mixed feelings about this technology. On the one hand Neuralink will be groundbreaking for those with disabilities and will enable entirely new classes of human-computer interaction. In theory this could eventually enable a nearly perfect virtual reality experience without having to wear a headset or haptic clothing.

However there are some pretty scary implications for abuse by governments and criminals, as well as all the unforeseen societal and health consequences of manipulating our brains in this manner.

I am very curious to see where this all goes.

I'm really surprised by the text of the post.

"Twitter banned me because they thought I was a bot, @X and @elonmusk reinstated me because I am."

I think the poster means "bot" in the sense of them officially being a cyborg.
heh @ calling it "twitter". That place died long ago.
