Ask HN: How to structure ownership of a startup?

I have an online startup getting ready to launch in the coming weeks. A few friends are "involved," but they haven't really put any work in so far. At this point, I own 100% of the company. How do I figure out what percentages to give them to work with me? 10%, 20%, 30% or is there no standard method to figure it out?
