They're not exactly cashing out - Thiel sold 5% of his Palantir stake, Bezos sold 2.5% of Amazon and Zuckerberg 0.3% of Meta. Bezos has his space projects to fund and Zuckerberg is spending a billion or so a year on his charitable work.
