It has always been obvious that renewables without nuclear aren't going to be enough. Now it is super obvious. Electricity costa are going to skyrocket. And fossil fuels are not going away. And nuclear is not going to happen quickly at least in the US not with all the regulatory hurdles. Seems hard to imagine this is not going to be a huge roadblock for artificial intelligence growth in the us. It is going to be like Bitcoin mining offshored to places with little regulation.
