Ancient technique applied in computer science age

I am former XXX's employee, worked for a dozen years after moved out from XXXXchild XXXXconductor. Both were leading technology back in days, maybe still depending who we ask. Specialized in Linux space and a web developer.

The censorship trending trouble for the past 4 years, troubling as we are getting disconnected from various of online resources . We unable to find specific data on search engine, even when certain engine claims to be free from censorship and not tracking users. The problem with this is one can change our perspective of world view by controlling certain information. Example, one can change world view on Africa that they are always dying off hunger. While the hard working people on the planet is Japanese. Either one is not true because Japanese don't own their time, while African have their time; this is my biases. It is how information transmit into our memory and how we perceives it, the worst part if once the information perceived we can't undo it. It is like trying to convince a 30 years old flatearther that our planet is round like the moon, while we all believing in "flat-earth".

the subject which any computer geek hates is history, and I begin to dive more into it. It become more apparent that there is history you been told and there is history beyond that. This is where I notice ancient technique is been deployed into modern day information technology. The effect is bad, we have done way worst in past.

I missed those days where one can search Altavista and gets information required without any filters.

NOTE: a human comment is required to untangle this, it is like a cash for transaction.
